After being in the real estate industry for 18 years, it was time to open my own brokerage firm with like-minded agents. At North New England Real Estate Group, our top priority is to maintain a client-focused approach while assisting both buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate dreams.

Establishing a personal approach with our clients by listening to their needs is critical to every agent at our firm to obtain successful results. We look forward to this journey with our clients as we build lifelong friendships and connections.

My passion for interior design and decorating helps me to better assist my clients visualize the properties as if they were to walk into a home specifically designed to meet their wants and needs. My degrees in accounting and industrial relations from Northeastern University, along with a diversified experience in the fields of finance, banking, and municipal government, brings a unique skillset to my clients with administrative and financial inquiries.

Our goals at North New England Real Estate Group are to ensure our clients find the right property to meet their Real Estate needs. We strive to bring a happy beginning to everyone who works with our company.

I have spent the entire 20 years of my careers helping my clients reach their goals; while maintaining honesty, integrity and disclosure. I hold a love for real estate, and am even more passionate about building relationships with my clients. Through these relationships I will help guide you on how to be the matching piece to the ever changing real estate puzzle.

Roberta Letourneau has been a New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson since 2011. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR) and Contoocook Valley Boad of Realtors (CVBR) where she serves on the scholarship committee.

The Monadnock Region is home for Roberta where she lives in Rindge with her husband Peter. Roberta has been a Custom Home Designer and Administrative Assistance for Letourneau Construction, LLC alongside her husband Peter since 1983. Together they have raised four children, who as adults have chosen to stay in the Monadnock Region. Experience farming their property and collaborating with homeowners provides a real estate advantage.

A’ja is a mother of three, a sister, a friend, and a fierce believer in the power of connection. Her journey weaves together artistry, spirituality, and service—from her work in development and fundraising at The Putney School to her current path in Real Estate, where she helps others find not just homes, but healing spaces.
She’s deeply energy-focused and spiritually grounded, with a passion for creating environments that nurture growth and belonging. Whether she’s rock climbing, learning something new, or guiding clients through life-changing transitions, A’ja brings intention, intuition, and heart to everything she touches.
As a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire, she blends her love for design, storytelling, and community to make real estate feel personal and powerful. Her artistic eye and soulful presence make her not just an agent—but a guide, a connector, and a light.

Tom Lawless has called the Monadnock region home for over 30 years and loves helping neighbors and newcomers alike find the right fit here. He supports his wife, Melissa, as she serves as pastor of The Bennington Congregational Church. He is a parishioner and occasional altar server at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Peterborough as well. He raised his three children in the Conval School system, where he has served on the school board. Whether guiding buyers to a cozy New England home or helping sellers showcase their property’s best features, he is dedicated to creating smooth, burden free moving experiences for his clients.
