Sweeping views and centuries of character await at 1024 Hawley Road in Ashfield. Set along one of Franklin County’s most scenic drives, this 1700s farmhouse has remained in the same family since its construction. Offering five bedrooms, one bathroom, original wood floors throughout, and a two-car garage, the home presents a unique restoration opportunity with substantial potential to build equity. An option to include a large barn and adjacent lot would bring the total acreage to nearly three acres. Enjoy proximity to Ashfield Lake and a central location approximately 30 minutes from Greenfield, Deerfield, Northampton, North Adams, and Pittsfield. Bring your vision to restore this historic home and make the most of its exceptional setting. Significant renovation is needed; the property will not qualify for most traditional financing.
